General UPS Shipping Times

UPS orders are shipped daily (Monday-Friday). If your order is placed before 2 PM, Eastern Time, it will often ship the same day. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We have warehouses located in the four major areas of the country and most orders will arrive in 2 days or less once they have left our warehouse.   • Orders over $200 ship for free!
  • Orders from $75 to $199.99 ship for $4.95.
  • Orders under $75 ship for $7.95.

Your order will qualify for flat-rate shipping if it meets the following criteria:

  1. Your order does not contain any Ready To Drink (RTD) items. These items are excluded from flat rate shipping due to their very heavy weight.
  2. Your order's shipping address is within the continental United States.
  3. Your order has a total estimated shipping weight of less than 25lbs.

Ordering

  • We process 100% of our orders online.
  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Google Checkout as methods of payment.
  • After adding all items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, users may select to checkout via our secure 128 bit encrypted server connection or by using Google Checkout or Paypal. Your confidence in our ability to deliver a safe and secure shopping experience is our top priority.
  • If you have a question about a product please contact us and we will gladly respond to you as quickly as possible. You may also contact us via our online support system.
  • All user information is used exclusively by SuperTrition.com. Under no circumstances will user information be distributed to third parties in accordance to our privacy policy.
  • All users remain fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account(s). This includes but is not limited to user name, password, products ordered, and correspondences.
  • All users should be 18 years of age prior to placing an order with SuperTrition.com and present a valid credit card. If you are under age 18, before placing an order you must do so under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. SuperTrition.com reserves the right to disable or remove accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders as deemed appropriate and/or necessary.

Order Tracking

  • All orders placed by 2pm Monday through Friday ship the next business day or the same business day.
  • Upon completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive notification that your order has shipped. If your order was shipped via UPS, you will receive a UPS tracking number in this e-mail.
  • Additionally you may login to your account to check the status of your order at any time. Tracking numbers will appear under "My Orders" once your order has shipped. If you ordered via Google Checkout, you may log into your Google account to track your order with tracking number as well.

Shipping

All domestic orders are required to ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). Orders going to P.O. boxes or military locations must use USPS (United States Postal Service).

Please allow one full business day for order processing.

In the unlikely event that a customer is shipped the wrong product, the wrong product must be shipped back to the warehouse. Upon receipt we will promptly mail the correct product to the customer. Please be sure to inspect all products upon receipt of shipment. Once a product is opened we cannot accept any return on it whatsoever unless it is deemed defective. Please contact us detailing any damaged or defective product in order to process a return.

Liquid/RTD Products: Please be advised that these items carry a higher risk of being damaged due to their weight and risk of a puncture. We will not be held responsible for any damage that results in the transportation of these items. Due to the fact that UPS will not be take responsibility for any damages that occur to liquid products, there are no refunds or returns due to damaged liquid/RTD shipments.

We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages once delivered. If tracking indicates a successful delivery, the customer is then responsible. We suggest customers leave appropriate noted instructions at the location of delivery to UPS or USPS to ensure the safety of their packages.

Any package damaged in shipping should be raised to the shipping carrier used for the shipment. As we deliver large quantities of orders daily on rare occasions there can be a package that suffers being mishandled and/or damaged in transport from our doors to yours. Currently it is our policy for our customers to hold the shipping company responsible for any tangible damage to the package. Additionally, any damage that results due to weather, will not be the responsibility of SuperTrition.com. Currently our shipments are packaged to minimize any damage that could result in being transported to you.

Currently we only ship to the United States and Military Bases.

Note: UPS charges shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for SuperTrition's actual cost to ship the package and the return charges.

Return Policy

SuperTrition.com guarantees every product we sell (except for Ready to Drink/RTD items) and will gladly replace or refund any defective item returned in its original packaging within 10 days following the date delivered*.

For non-defective returns, merchandise must be shipped at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 14 days of the date delivered*. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 14 days of the date delivered*.

No product returns will be accepted after 30 days following the date delivered*.

Before sending any product back, you must request a Return Authorization Number from us. Contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Once issued, re-package the items and ensure the return authorization is clearly written on the package before shipping. Failure to include a valid return authorization may result in refusal of the package.

*The date delivered is the date which UPS delivers your product to you and can be referenced by reviewing your tracking details.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product "Out of Stock" on our website. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will hold off shipment of your entire order until all products are available. If this happens, we will notify you promptly of any product outage so you have an opportunity to select a different flavor, product, or cancel you order.
